Course Aim

To ensure all licensed premises staff follow the laws under the Licensing Act 2003.

To ensure all staff are safe from any incident in which a person is abused, threatened or assaulted in circumstances relating to their work.

The course is conducted at your premises. The course can accommodate up to 15 delegates for a cost from £595+VAT.

The three hour course is delivered by an experienced trainer with over 25 years experience. The cost includes all course handouts

Role play is an essential part of the training when gaining experience in service refusal.
